The Project

The refurbishment project aimed to transform this office building into a sleek, contemporary space. The design concept centred around the integration of unique materials and modern elements to create a welcoming, professional reception space and a visually striking atrium.

The work

In the reception area, a bespoke reception desk crafted from high-quality materials served as a focal point, welcoming visitors with its sleek lines and luxurious finishes. Pace Interiors crafted a distinctive partition behind the reception desk, comprising wooden elements coated with a 100% gloss finish of fire-rated lacquer. This combination of gloss and matte white elements lends the partition a textured appearance.

Rebaited corian panels were installed, covering 8 floors in the impressive atrium, to enclose the space while allowing natural light to filter through. The corian panels, with their clean lines and minimalist design, served as a contemporary backdrop for the building's interior.

One of the key features of the refurbishment was the incorporation of leather-lined black anodized aluminium wall panels to create sleek and modern wall panels with leather accents throughout the building. These leather features not only added a touch of luxury but also provided a sense of warmth and comfort to the lift panels, reception and atrium.

The refurbishment also extended to the vanities and washrooms, where modern fixtures and finishes were installed to create stylish and functional spaces that reflected the overall design language of the building.
