The Project

This project entailed revamping a historic building that is nestled in a quiet mall in central London. Our focus was on incorporating bespoke joinery crafted from premium materials to meet the architects’ redesign of this upscale office.

The work

Throughout the project, Pace concentrated on seamlessly blending modern elements and high-end materials with the building's historical charm. Features like walnut panelling and lift fronts enhance the ambience and functionality to create cohesion between the bright, open workspaces and historical architecture.

Pace oversaw the design, manufacture, and installation of various other components to meet the client's brief, including:

  • Lift fronts with metal inlays
  • Reception desk
  • Feature wall panelling with metal details
  • Washrooms, including vanities
  • Bespoke banquette seating
  • Rooftop seating
  • Feature ceiling
  • Tea points
  • Storage solutions
